Once you have your claim number, you can call our office at 604-939-6474 to find out more information. Please have your licence plate number, make/model and colour of your vehicle ready for our staff, so they can quickly help locate your vehicle.

How Do I Collect My Personal Belongings from the Vehicle?If you would like to make an appointment to collect your personal belongings from inside the vehicle, please call our office at 604-939-6474. Please have your licence plate number, make/model and colour of your vehicle ready for our staff. Personal items can be arranged to be picked up from one of our yards Monday to Friday at 9:00 AM or 4:30 PM only, Staff is unavailable to collect your items during other hours.

What Time Is Your Office Open?Office hours are Monday to Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. It is important that you call our office at 604-939-6474 to make an appointment. Our staff will make arrangements with our tow yards and let you know what documents you will need to bring with you to ensure that all the paperwork can be completed and your vehicle can be cleared for release. Full payment for towing and storage fees is due before vehicle release.
